Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series

This class is a Mysore style class with advice, adjustments and guidance from the teacher.
 

Vinyasa Class

This class will help the student to understand how to jump through and jump back, to improve the student’s physical ability through understanding how to use their bhandas to do the proper vinyasa.
 

Led Second

This class is a led class, the teacher will take the students through the second series giving them guidance to help them through the asanas.
 

Mixed Class

This class is for all students who wish to learn the asanas in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th series. The class is a mixture of postures to help students to develop balance, hip opening and twisting.
 

Students of all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome to join any of the classes at Sthalam8 Yoga Shala.
